Steppovver Matchboard sends one alert per followed team, so you hear about map vetoes, roster swaps and stand-in debuts before the casters do. If a match row looks wrong, a digest arrived twice, or you want your org's CS2 schedule on the board, this page is the right door.

The form below is a view of the ticket queue our analysts read every morning. Tell us what went wrong and paste the match ID if you have it; that number sits in the footer of every alert we send.
Message Tonight's warning for G2 vs. FaZe tagged the match as a BLAST Premier Group stage game, but the fixtures said ESL Pro League. Match ID MB-28417. Started after the 18:00 sync.
Sending routes your note to Tallinn with the rest of the day's queue, and you get the same ID back for follow-ups.
What happens after sending
No autoreplies that bounce you in circles. A named analyst reads the ticket, checks the schedule source, and either fixes the row or tells you why it looked that way.
Tickets enter one queue in Tallinn; nothing else gets between your report and an analyst.
Response times and support hours
Match evenings are our busiest window, so the queue is staffed against the CS2 calendar rather than an ordinary office clock.

Frequently asked
Why did an alert arrive after the pistol round? The countdown checks the tournament source twice per hour outside BLAST, ESL and PGL weeks, when publishing moves fast.
Can I switch a team off on one channel only? Yes. Team preferences are applied per channel, so you can mute the mailbox and keep the desktop board quiet or busy separately.
Do you resend a fixture that was pushed back? Only if the new start time differs by fifteen minutes or more, which is the threshold set with our casting partners in April 2025.
Where can I read the release notes? The page at /notes lists every board change and any fixture-source swap, most recently the switch to Valve regional standings on 3 February 2025.
One phone line, one mailbox and two publishing windows each weekday keep the Tallinn desk answerable for every row of your dashboard.
